Loved the friendly staff and comfy stay!

The rooms were super clean and quiet, perfect for a family getaway. The breakfast was a treat each morning, and the staff there were just the nicest folks. But, I gotta say, the elevator buttons were kinda confusing, which was a bit of a hassle. The snack bar had some solid munchies too!

Clean and new accommodations made for a pleasant stay. The mattress was incredibly comfortable, providing excellent support for a good night’s sleep. Breakfast was a highlight, with a variety of options that kept the mornings enjoyable. However, the lack of a proper accessible room hindered the experience, along with minimal amenities like only one coffee cup in the room.

Family with kids might like it for a quick stay

great stays near parks and downtown attractions for weekend wanderers

I appreciated the hotel's close proximity to museums and parks, making it super convenient for my family walks and sightseeing adventures, and the nearby dining options at Forkful and Outback Steakhouse were perfect for grabbing a meal after exploring the area. while everything was mostly great, the air conditioner didn’t work as well as it should have, but overall, it was a nice stay and suited our needs well.

air conditioning didn't work properly

My stay at Holiday Inn Express & Suites, Jacksonville-Camp Lejeune Area By Ihg was exceptional. The hotel is brand new, and it was a pleasure to stay in such clean accommodations. The mattress provided an excellent night's sleep, and the breakfast area was well-stocked with fresh options, including a great variety of items. The staff was friendly and attentive, always ready to assist.

I experienced issues with the air conditioning not functioning properly during my stay.
